Research Analyst - Singapore

Seeking a Research Analyst to become a member of the Investment Team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Asian Securities Markets and proficiency in one or more relevant Asian languages. This individual will be based in Singapore and will work most closely with the Non- US Research team.

Requirments:
  • Minimum 3-4 years finance experience, preferably on the buyside
  • Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
  • Flexible attitude/willingness to work hours outside of a 'typical' workday given the importance of coordination with colleagues in New York
  • Possess strong work ethic and be a team-player.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills a must
  • Educational: Bachelors Degree, MBA or CFA a plus

Tax Manager

Seeking a tax Manager/supervisor to join the tax department. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Taxation, and will be part of a team that is responsible for tax compliance and certain research and planning functions involving various mutual funds, hedge funds, the investment management company and various other investment vehicles. Such functions would include preparation and/or review of various annual and interim tax filings, projections, tax compliance testing, tax planning, etc.

Requirments:
  • Minimum of 5 years tax experience required.
  • Candidate should have significant mutual fund tax experience and have an understanding of the book and tax treatment of various securities transactions.
  • Candidate must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills, ability to work in a team atmosphere and be a self-motivator.
  • Familiarity with Go Systems would be a plus.

Compensation will be based upon experience.
